Need Advice one Strain and Nutes, this wont be my first grow

Ok so i need advice on some good strains and some good nutes to go with them.
Previously ive done White Widow and Blue Tooth in Flora Micro, Floro Grow and Flora Bloom. This stuff turned out very potent especially the widow.

My more recent grow the one im doing and cloning from is BC big bud in the same nutes, this stuff is decent, very high yielding, but not very potent.

I want some knock you on your ass straight sativa and some more energetic Indica.(i think thats right i mix up the effects of em quite frequently lol)

Im completely out of nutes now and not sure what to get. Ive read about Jacks and it sounds good but i cant get it in Canada :0

Any advice would be great

OK gonna look into those, what about Newyork Diesel or Super Nova.

Nycd or preferably east coast sour diesel will be dank..

I use advanced nutrients gmb right now but I do plan on switching to all organic and use age old organic nutes or botanicare
