We left for break for about 4 days, (we watered them right before we left) and had everything going alright. WE think that the temperature rose to about 88 - 90 which caused the water to evaporate faster than normal and now our plants are all droopy bitches. What is wrong....

well i would say the obvious solution IS TO GO TO WALMART AND BUY A TIMER.

Our grow area wont allow them to be veged until preflowers because we have only 48" high room. I was gonna flower them when they get to a foot. When do preflowers emerge?

If I have a grow room 62"W x 43"H x 51"H can I just have my 16+ cfl's on the top or do I have to put them on the sides? I was gonna lower the top piece down and raise it as the height of the plants go up.

thank you sir, but what about the yellow plants, the ph read about low 7. Isnt that about where its supposed to be. When I nute with big grow, doesnt that have some pH reducers in it?

The first 3 pics are of a plant that dont have any yellow, there just really droopy. The last 2 pics have a little yellowing on the bottom most fan leaves. I have a rapitest pH meter and it reads 7ish on both plants, (a little lower on the plant with yellow.

no tin foil, will cause burnt spots. for lighting you should do 18/6.

pull the lights away. weed is resilient. as long as the plants arent dead then they should be fine but you just wont yield as much. Also, if there are any burned leaves , remove them.

the usual rule is when the plants get bigger the the cup. at least 4 - 5 days i would say. you should try to get a cfl in there, they are soo much better than flourescent tubes.

your plants look stretched. you need to lower the light alot. if your using flourescent tubes, it should be no more than an inch away from the light. tubes emit little to no heat so there wont be any burning. If the yellowing is on the rounded leaves at the bottom, then dont worry about it...
