Plant problem

Hey, got a clone about 4 days ago, its an OG KUSH clone. I have it in a small dresser in a garage. The dresser is lined with Mylar (recommended by my local hydro store) and its under (2) 43 WATT cfls. I have a fan running whenever the lights are running. The lights are on 18/6 scedual. I think it gets rather hot in there, the lights were recently moved up a bit, because the plant is young and its suspected that they where burning the leafs. I have a temp. gage in there and its reading 99.2 maybe a bit more when the lights are on, im not sure about the temp really, i just put it in today so ill update that tonight with a realistic number. The leafs are browning a bit and it may be looking a little droopy, which would possibly mean overwatering. When i bought it it was rooting in a square of that green moss stuff, i froget the name, and today the soil was dry to the touch, i think maybe im not even watering it enough, ill post pics below. 99.2 degrees is ridiculously high my friend. needs to be below 85, and max 87. your clone will die if that problem inst fixed. in terms of watering. you should water and the excess will run out the bottom. (its like a self check mechanism). how big is your pot.

water when soil is dry 1/2 inch

im going to water tonite, i took out the milar and im now running the fan all the time and im having the lights run on a different time scedual so there off during the hotter section of the day. im gonna put a hole for an exhaust fan soon as well o try i want to use a computer fan but i dont understand how to connect it to a regular outlet?
