What kindvof specs do I need for cfls for the flowering stage?

So if I wanna do a small set up like 2 or 3 plants, how many cfl bulbs do I need total? I can use cfls for veg and flower correct?

Or is it a fairly mild high that of a long time opiate user like myself wouldn't even really appreciate for the cost...? Would like to hear peoples opinions on it and if also they have used other opiates to compare it too, thanks everyone

I hear that kratom gives you an opiate like high, I take 54 mgs of methadone every day and I'm slowly going down. I've been on methadone for about 4 years and at my highest like 2 years ago I was at 190 mgs everyday. Would I even feel a high from kratom while taking 54 mgs a day, Does karotom...

Basically my funds are limited, but are cfls a total waste of time or can you still produce some pretty killer green with them? If it's just losing some weight and avlittle bit of quality for a first time grow I think I'd be ok with it, I mean can you still get some good crystaly bud with cfls...
