like jondamon said you need to blow the hot air out and bring the fresh cool air in and distribute that air as low as possible in your grow space. it will heat up rise and then you push that air out, usually pulling through your carbon filter

with it being your first grow I wouldnt super crop or anything. You only have a few plants so very manageble. Just get some bamboo rods and tie the plants to them gently for support and maximum light penetration to the lower budsites. This wont stress the plants at all and looking at your set up...
