well said. It seems to be a sativa strain and i hear, in general those take much longer than 6 weeks to flower.

I'm thinking about getting the 200W cfl put out by hydrofarm, and I called them to ask. They said it uses 200 W. But a lot of the time when you call these companies you talk to some one who either doesn't understand the question or doesn't know what they are talking about, so you can't be sure...

I am on my first grow and am too cheap to buy one. Things are going great for me. Like Potroast said, make sure to change the res on schedule about every 2 to 3 weeks (I wait 3 most times). I will eventually get a ppm meter though, just not now.

Should I add an airstone to this system to oxygenate the water? Is this important in this situation?
