the link is High Tech Garden Supply Pretty sure you won't find a better value than their 400 W HPS system. Like Tokin said, just shy of 120 bucks.

I found one at Sears. Also try Office Depot, Office Max or Staples. If not, you can definitely find one online at the web sites of one of these stores.
