its a 600w grow light it can use hps and mh but comes with sum grow bulb i never heard of it says got both ends of spectrum and puts out like 92000 lumens how many cfls you reckon ill need to start my plants and what wattage

would that 600w be efficient for the first 2 months where ill have the lights on for long periods of time during the day because at the start ill have to keep the light far away from the seedlings because theyll burn so the plant will stretch for light so im not sure whether ill need cfls too...
