if its outside a male's pollen can become airborne and travel for quite a distance. While this is very rare it can happen. I would check very thoroughly for male pollen sacs. If you dont find any then it is most likely just a premature seed that is unpollinated and you should have no worries.

yes take the ballast to a qualified electrician or somebody who specializes in ballast repair. They will test all the components and find out what the problem is. If you have no knowledge of how to repair them I wouldn't try to on your own.

yes...nip the balls, get that reverse and it should revert to full female only if the hermi was stress induced. If it is hermi by genetics then I doubt it will revert to being only female.

I see a couple things you did wrong. A: never grow more than one plant per pot. B: Never grow a male next to a female unless you want seeds! There is a male plant with open pollen sacs right next to your female...in the same pot! lol. Do as suggested, get some auto seeds, gather information...

Poor mans method...bucket of rice in the garden. It will absorb alot of moisture, Just make sure to mix it up once in awhile so it don't mold. I dropped mine by 20% during lights out with a 5 gallon bucket full.
