good news, switching to dwc has solved my problem. somehow my plants were being overwatered in bubbleponics, despite the fact i have loads of bubbles + the manifold was set to its lowest setting =S. weird indeed. Plants are exploding now, is a pleasure to watch =D glad to hear you're back on...

I do agree with you to some extent Illegal smile, but you have to admit that the interest it has garnered in this method of growing (be it normal dwc or with feeder tubes) and the resultant amazing source of help and information that is this forum, makes it to some degree acceptable

From all the pictures i've seen, and the posts i've read, I'd say the bubbleponics system speeds up growth by a couple of days, maybe two or three. I dont really understand the science behind it, oxygenated water is oxygentated water regardless of whether it is fed directly to the root zone...

Gonna answer my own post here lol, but for anyone else wondering about low ec tap water and calmag, you do need it! It would also explain the slow growth i have been experiencing too so =D
