Ethos Endgame x grampas stash and Runtz x zkittles in soil

Last week I started seeing some rusty looking edges of some fan leaves mid way up the plant. I did a slurry test and in the process realized my ph pen had drifted about 2.0 off. So my soil ph was around 5-5.5. 2 of the plants showed what looked like maybe P deficiency but the other runtz...

HortiBloom Black Friday Giveaway for 3'x3' grow area

I'm not there yet in terms of growing skills, but this seems like a great opportunity for someone. And a very cool way to test what looks like a very good light. I'll be glad to follow these grow journals and see how things turn out.

Does this look like K deficiency?

Thank you for that, I think you're right about overall tox. I flushed the 2 worst ones and will get the other one today. I am going to back off on feedings. If I look at one of those nutrient uptake scales I'm prob high in Iron, mag, boron, copper and zinc right? Bc those are the nutrients...

Does this look like K deficiency?

I ended up checking soil ph and in the process realized my ph pen was around 2.0 off, and prob had been drifting for the past few months. It had been 6 months since i calibrated it. So my soil was around 5.5, maybe a bit lower. Also my ppms were hella high, so I flushed with 6.2 water until...

Anyone know what this bug is? They're in my vermicompost bin.

Hopefully it is. I looked around online but never came across that mite. I was focusing on bad insects in a worm bin though. The one I came across I thought was a potential was the earthworm mite. They're not bad but they compete with the worms for food. Thanks for the help. The ones in my...

I just found some really dark rich soil loaded with worms and other very small insects behind my neighbors barn

I'm on the East coast, closest major city would be Atlanta. There's no industry for that in the state I live but I would think I can find pumice and decent compost. Build a soil had free shipping on this one specific sized bag of malibu compost which I read was good. My original plan was to...

Does this look like K deficiency?

It's right around midway up the plant. I was getting some necrotic leaves down below, but I really think it's just wind damage. I'm going to feed them again tonight so hopefully it'll clear up.

Does this look like K deficiency?

I'll give you all the info you need if you wanna help. But I've been looking stuff up and with the info I have in my head of this grow I think K makes sense. Plus it looks like pictures I see of K deficiency. But I don't know too much, I'm just kinda reaching around in the dark here. Here's...

I just found some really dark rich soil loaded with worms and other very small insects behind my neighbors barn

Round 2: I spent all day again grabbing dirt from my neighbors farm. I found a shitload of grubs today. I found another location and it seems the spots where the hay is less broken down is where I'd find the grubs. While the really dark rich dirt that was years older broken down hay, also...

Anyone know what this white mold growing in the top of my vermicompost bin? Or if it's good or bad?

That makes a lot of sense. That bin only has 250 worms in it. I was feeding it less, but not that much less, than the other bin that has a shit ton more worms in it. I'll prob take a handful of worms out of the one and put them in the other.

Anyone know what this white mold growing in the top of my vermicompost bin? Or if it's good or bad?

Dang guys, thanks. I'm really loving these worm bins. I've got another bin same size with about 3-4lbs of worms. I've been feeding them with kelp alfalfa and malted barley, plus kitchen scraps. I wanna leave them alone but I'm trying to figure out how fast they eat, so I'm in there all the...
