I picked up this kelp meal from a local feed supply store. It's package as livestock feed and is 100% organic kelp. I didn't notice this at 1st but it has 750 PPM of iodine in it. Will that be safe for the worms? Also would I be able to spread this on my garden or in my pots? Here's a pic...

I'll try this again on the correct day. Besides plants me and my wife have used a heating pad for our backs. It's actually something she taught me. She brought not only love, but also the heating pad into my life. But it's winter now and she wants her heat pad back. So I gotta win this one.

I just used screws and some of those hooks with threads. Screwed them into the ceiling and used ropes to tie the duct up. I got kinda lucky though bc whoever built this place built the ceiling out of plywood then put sheet rock over that. So I can screw anywhere on the whole ceiling.
