Echo what Jobo said, outdoor plants can take a while. But, you can speed it up with a lightproof box over the plant if its not too tall so you can get 12/12. I also grow outside in a 50 gallon trash can, put the lid on after 12 hours in the sun. Light proof. But the best method is let the plant...

When I do hydro, the roots are light proof so alge doesnt grow in there, its nasty as hell. I hope you can get rid of the mold you have there, and salvage this one. I would just kill all light to the roots asap.
