I'll never be able to grow :'(

Short story:

I'm 18 living at home for last year of H.S.

Headed to college next year for 5 years playing a sport.


So im 5 years out at LEAST from my own place.


It just fustrates me because I know I would be able to do it successfully as well . *sigh*


Anyone else had to wait this long?

or you could always do what my friend does "rent" someones closet that is willing to have plants growing

yeah dude, you are being way to close minded.

there are people that have achres on public land. Not that you should do that cuz it is a lot of trouble but if there is a will there is a way.

renting a room is an ok idea but I wouldnt want someone else in control of my safety and secruity of my room, and it may put theirs in jepordy.

Also, whenever you go in on a grow with someone it turns nasty. People get greedy. I have had 2 grows with partners and 2 weeks prior to harvest, I was locked out of the room, everything was cut down, I never seen a dime... twice.

People get greedy, ideally, get some dough together, rent a second pad and start a grow. maybe first get a rental shed and stockpile supplys there and when you are ready to rent a pad and to set it up solo.

you could always drop out and be a worthless stoner like so many others. I guess sometimes peeps gotta choose between weed and life, I would go with life.

you can always hike into the woods and plant outdoors or get a house (you're in college!)

besides man, even once you get your own house you won't be able to move in and start growing immediately unless you want to be super sketchy. Like welcome to the neighborhood, whats with all the pots and soil.

You will not think so, but the time to grow will be here before you know it. Time flys by. I went to college for 4 years and then had to live with my parents for 2 years after that before I was about to afford my own place and that was only because I got married, made sure I married a girl that smoked. My ex did not like me smoking so she had to go. If you get married by then, better make sure u ask your wife it is cool growing so your she will be cool with you growing . If not..find another girl first.

How do you grow outside if you must 12/12 to on a regular basis to flower a plant after its veg for 4 weeks or so.

Does the sun have a timer somewhere that I have missed?

Echo what Jobo said, outdoor plants can take a while. But, you can speed it up with a lightproof box over the plant if its not too tall so you can get 12/12. I also grow outside in a 50 gallon trash can, put the lid on after 12 hours in the sun. Light proof. But the best method is let the plant naturally go into flower in the fall.

Where do you think marijuana comes from? its a natural plant that grows outside. Infact most plants grow better outdoors.

The plants veg all summer long and then naturally start flowering as they sense fall approaching. (shorter days)

In a way the sun does have a timer, it is called the summer solstice.

You start your plants earlier and let them veg and when the summer solstice hits the sun changes to shorter days and your plants flower.

You don’t control it but you make use of it and time your grow to it.

my friend you could grow a tiny plant to fufill your need to grow herbage a little 16oz party cup and the right location and your set

hey if I was you i would be taking some botany classes while im in college...lol hopefully you can find a roommate that likes weed just as much as you do.... you can be like red and method man on HOW HIGH!!
