Mine showed after a week of 12/12

Started out in 1990 with soil. Used soil ever since whether its inside or out.

Light 24/7 from the time I put them in the ground.

24/7 from seed, 12/12 when you have 4-5 nodes. Done.

Thats the natural way, yes. I would not put them in the dark however. Have the lights on, it will give the plant something to "reach" for AND it will tell the seed/seedling "time to grow dammit."

I did the same thing, except it was a paper towel. I put it under the cable box, in a ziploc bag. She is currently flowering.

I would start them indoors, so you guarantee germination, and plant them close to the water. Why not? Try it!

Thats a new one, never heard of it. Maybe someone else has. If so, its worth a shot.

Jtoker - lookin good. My advice is similar to Murder's. I would either do 18/6 OR 24/7 (either one). When you are ready to flower, go to 12/12 and be ready!

4/1/09 - 3PM. Its been getting a little cool here the past few days but I left her outside anyway with highs in the 60s and lows in the 50s. Been cloudy since I put her outside a few days ago to begin the grow. So she has not gotten any direct sun, ever in her life, just CFL and real bright...
