Yes. The roots weren't that thick(coming from cups) but I left them in tact. I don't think I even touched them, lol. I plan on flowering these plants when they are small(under 3 feet). What do you think is the a good height to start flowering so I can keep them in these 6' x 6' pots?

That actually makes sense. Thanks. I can't see how I could have damaged the roots though. I just took them out of the cup and put them right in the new soil.
