when will stink come?

hey everyone, Im in second week of vegg on my first grow. Im growing seedsman ww. Just wondering when will things really start stinking up? the only thing I can smell now is my fox farm nutes, but not the actual plant. Thanks in advance for any help..:bigjoint:
 
Depends on your nose. I can't smell it when I'm chopping them. My wife can smell them in late veg.
 
I smell them in late veg. I guess you could say I have a good nose... during flowering i can smell it threw half the house
 
I only have 2 that are in 6th week of veg (about 8 inches high). I can smell them as soon as I get close to my room. They are going to reek, lol.
 
The skunk smell starts gettign strong the third week of VEG.
Thr farther I go in VEG, the more they stink. The "stink" is like a plant's fart from eating nitrogen.
Mine stink much less after I start BLOOM nutes.
 
ok thanks everyone, yeah they haven't started smelling yet. I'M thinking they will start to smell in about 2 weeks or so not sure. I hope its longer then that though. whats a way to control the smell?

I use ONA and prefer the fresh Linen Scent. I have used Febreeze too and it works good, but does not last as long. You can also use Pine Sol.


 
If you grow indoors, it is going to stink. I bought Ionizers, carbon filters, Febreeze filters, and they do not work well at all.
I have tried charcoal and I have tried cheap smelly substitutes, but the ONA really, really works. I sometimes use the solid blocks but I like the chunks or GEL best. I just add a little, like a 1/6 of the big jar, and it lasts for weeks. I can dildute it with water or cat liter, to make it last even longer.

AND, with 6 inches of water in the bottom, it increases the humdiity too.





You can rig a round 9 or ten inch fan in the bucket easily.

 
ok thanks for the help :). well I can not drill holes im using grow bags haha. but the other things I can def use thanks.
 
I use ONA which works and low level ozone which, if done right, is not at all dangerous and works better than anything.
 
roseman i live in the uk and iv never heard of that stuff . what is it? how do u use it with holes in a bucket and a fan?

Im by no means an expert, but i think he is just showing you a quick little trick to do to get rid of the stink... all it looks like you do is get a bucket and a small fan and that ona stuff. drill holes. put the stuff in the bucket.. then put the fan in and plug it in...
