FF Ocean soil. Looking for Nut advice.

Sadly they do not have Dyna Grow at my local Hydro store. I am reading that unless I use all of the FF products I could get nute burn. Basically using just those 3 products wont be enough? I do not want to use 9 products. I am looking at this...

FF Ocean soil. Looking for Nut advice.

Hmm something to think about. The Home Depot right by me has Organic Pro Mix. I picked up a couple bails thinking I would use that for seedling and new clones, and use the FF soil for veg'n and budding. Opinion?

FF Ocean soil. Looking for Nut advice.

*lol nut Hello all; First time grower getting ready to start things up. I have a question in regard to nutes though. I plan to keep it simple with as little nute usage as possible. Using this soil in 5 gallon buckets under 600w, what nutes would you suggest and when? Thank You I ordered some...

PH/PPM testing pen for Fox farm soil. A couple other questions as well.

Yep I found what I needed to know :) I picked up a: http://www.amazon.com/Hanna-Instruments-Conductivity-Temperature-Tester/dp/B002ZG8L58/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1322350083&sr=8-1 I also grabbed the calibration solutions. It came up to $170 with shipping. For piece of mind that my readings...

PH/PPM testing pen for Fox farm soil. A couple other questions as well.

Hello all; From what I am reading on this soil, I will not have to add nutes until 3-4 weeks into veg'n or I could just wait until I start budding them. Opinions? I will be using tap water and Fox farm's tiger bloom. Its my first grow and I want to keep it simple, and I assume just using...

    Will a S&P TD-150 Keep 600w HPS/MH bulbs/room cool?

hmm well now I am reading that the temps from the light may cause issues to the fan if I am pulling? It says their max operating temp is 104f. Hmm To push or pull...I want to pull as I assume it would be more efficient, but melting my fans would suck. Opinions?

    Will a S&P TD-150 Keep 600w HPS/MH bulbs/room cool?

Thank you for the answers, and suggestions bud. After much reading I came to the conclusion that those fans rock. I wish that silent line was available in america. For that 600w do you have the intake from another room, or is it hooked up to the filter in the grow room? Just to be safe I...

    Will a S&P TD-150 Keep 600w HPS/MH bulbs/room cool?

Hello all; Just about ready to start my setup. I picked up two of these fans. They should keep 6" cool tube HPS/MH bulbs cool np I assume correct? 293/218 Hi/Low CFM. I also have the switches, but I assume I will have to keep them on high mostly. 6'x6'x8' The HPS setup will be: Different...

Damn that is not what I wanted to read. Shit I have a problem then. Maybe I will luck out on temps since it is in the basement, and it is always chilly down there.

    600w MH bulb temps?

I'm having fun building my room, buying me equipment and them bam it just hit me. 600w MH bulb. I assumed it was much cooler than a HPS bulb. I did not factor in cooling for this light into my budget. Its my clone/veg light. Would it be fine with just a fan blowing in the room ya...

Would this work with a 400CFM fan?

Anyone know the DB level on a TB-150?

Would this work with a 400CFM fan?

I am interested, but they are very vague about what the noise level is. "Up to 12 DB less" is not an answer. They are purposely wording around what the DB level is. Next to the noise levels they have an asterisk, I am trying to see what that asterisk entails. You can buy 6" blower/scrubbers...

What to use as a door.

I have a full basement. That is much more room than I need. This was the easiest and cheapest way to do it. I am a first time grower. I have smelled others crops, but here in the suburbs we all live pretty close to each other. I do not want a weed factory(One can hope). Plus it is a pretty...
