oh by the way, despite all of the stupid mistakes I made with this grow, I did find one thing I did right. Although in my next grow I will employ a SOG, Bushmaster works amazingly well in keeping a plant short and fat. Well worth the money imo.

The strain might be AK48 from Nirvana, but these were in that free bag of seeds you get with every order, so maybe not. I tried to grow a whole bunch in soil but I lost all of them to spider mites :( This is my first venture into a water medium, and so far its worked out better than everything...

I was doing the same thing at one point. To my understanding moving them from daylight to CFL light will shock them. Not all to sure about the actual chemistry involved with it, but thats what I heard. Take it with a grain of salt.
