Munchies.Ways to deal and avoid overeating?

Thats the thing I try to eat healthy and six meals a day. But when I overeat after being high at night, the next day I try to restrict my cals/carbs in an effort to compensate. Its not a wise tactic and I am hoping to stop doing that. I may have to give up weed in a effort to meet my...

Munchies.Ways to deal and avoid overeating?

Nice thanks for the ideas! Fruits, veggies, and low cal/sugar snacks is what I have been keeping around but w/o self-control I tend to make healthy foods unhealthy by eating so much of them...its like I have a never ending hunger urge when I am high. However when I am sober, I can go a whole day...

Munchies.Ways to deal and avoid overeating?

I have tried fruit but the sugar isn't good for weight loss at night. Also portion control is almost impossible when you got that munchie hunger craving. Its so strong.

Munchies.Ways to deal and avoid overeating?

Munchies. Weed + Appetite. Change in appetite. So I have been trying different ways to avoid eating when I get the munchies. I usually smoke at night after I workout and have met my calorie requirements for the day. I wanted to start this thread to collect ideas on what my fellows MJ smokers...

Advice. Going away and need to make grow room self-sufficient

I was thinking of removing my closet door, getting some panda film or black/white material, velcro to line the door frame and hold the panda film, and one Air King Advantage 50 CFM Ceiling Exhaust Fan and some 4 inch ducting to route it to the window. Also running some 6 inch ducting from my...

Advice. Going away and need to make grow room self-sufficient

Feeding isn't that big of a concern as I change the res every 4-5 days with a fresh batch of nutes. I will only be gone for 2-3 days max. I have someone that can top-off as needed. I am more worried about the light interrupting the dark cycle.

Advice. Going away and need to make grow room self-sufficient

Hi All, I am just brainstorming but... I want to make a trip for 2-3 days and I need to make my grow room as self-sufficient as possible before I can go; therefore, I need some ideas on heat control and blocking out light. If I can't figure out a way to make it possible I will have to cancel...

Deficiency! Could I be doing better? Healthy looking plants

Yeah it think it may be a P issue but I am not sure if it is a deficiency or a lock out. I realized that I haven't been topping off the water or measuring the ppm correctly. You're supposed to add water back to your 6-gal mark if is below it and then measure the ppms right? What I have been...

Help! Are these plants too far gone?

If the roots shriveled up then you should let it be in plain water for a few days. I wouldn't add even 1/8 nutes yet because you don't have a root system that is able to uptake it. I suggest leave it plain water that is phed. Keep the res temps down and make sure all other environmental factors...

I am not sure if we have the same problem but the damaged leaves look similar. I don't mind helping you but you should start your own thread, take pics, and provide some info about your grow. I would like to keep this thread for my plant but I will try to help you. So post a link to your thread.

Pics- Brown Crispy. Tips and Edges. New growth deformed and old is getting worst.

Yes I see clawing, I see some droopiness, and I am not sure if the growth has ceased since they are flowering. But it does look to be getting worse and since two of the other girls are growing pistils/about to start budding it seems likely they require more phos. I added 1 tsp of Tiger Bloom...

Help! Are these plants too far gone?

By then I was seeing a few roots exit the hydroton. Also how deep is your rockwool into the net pots? It does. It is a long read but many of your common dwc questions are addressed in detail.

Help! Are these plants too far gone?

Thank you. I started out the same as you but you have to remember "less is more." It is easy to get worried/carried away and rush to a diagnosis. DWC is difficult but prevention, planning, and preparation is key. For root-rot your best approach should be prevention. Keep the water oxygenated and...
