Nah, they're not over watered either, but thanks for the responses, I appreciate it. Also, the 'Things' are not harming the plants - so far. I've never seen these before which is why I'm trying to find out more info on 'em. I'm not really sweating them very much, but I like to find out...

    Calcium def? or Manganese maybe?

With respect to FattyCaps, you should first determine the definitive problem before making any adjustments. If you have a definitive PH problem in soil, your soil is REALLY screwed up and should be the first thing addressed or you're only going to complicate matters.

    Your Identification Please

I've had these showing up in several of my indoor soil pots for about a week now. I've been researching them for a couple days but have been unsuccessful in identifying them. At first I thought they were mushrooms but now I'm not sure. There are some little flying insects that showed up...

    Sr. Verde's: Concentrate Corner

I'm guessing ..... maybe? I've read where people leave it soaking overnight though, too. Also, I used Isopropanol instead of Isopropol Alcohol. Maybe that was the difference? Like you, I'm still new at this. Hopefully one of the more experienced people will chime in.

No. The act of using the solvent on the product is referred to 'washing' it. Only my first batch I made tasted bad. I'm guessing because I washed it so long, undesirable elements were also dissolved. Using Oakleys method, it came out much lighter in color and much better in flavor.

I'm pretty sure I washed it for too long - like 2 minutes - the shit tastes HORRIBLE. I haven't made up my mind what to do with it yet though. Trash it? Save it? Give it away to the less fortunate, lol?

The little ash tray fits the hot plate on my coffee maker perfectly. The pics are somewhat deceiving.... using Oakleys method, the end product was MUCH lighter than the pics make it seem. WAAAAAY better tasting too.

Ok, I tried to pm these but it's asking for the pic url. Soooooo....... Pic 1 - my newest batch using Oakleys method. Pic 2 - The remnants of my 1st batch (2nd overall) with Oakleys method. Pic 3 - my very 1st batch ever. I'd have to say, Oakleys method produced a cleaner better tasting...

I'm gonna use a bigger container to hold the weed and filter, so it'll take a couple seconds longer for the alcohol to pass through and go through the filter. Can I pm pics? I'm not yet comfortable putting much in the open forum.

Hey Oakley, damn good!! Did a batch today - trying a little twist on your method - can't wait till it dries. I've been smearing some on the paper when I roll a J. HOLY SMOKES!! GOOD SHIT!! If I knew it was this easy, I would have been doing it a long time ago!

mites eating the leaves!!! help they're everywhere!!!

We're not talking about the sticky fly paper strips. No Pest Strips are different. Also, just so people know, Smoke 'bombs' leave a residue all over everything. That's how they're effective. The propellant simply blasts the insecticide all over the place. yuck...

mites eating the leaves!!! help they're everywhere!!!

That's because people using them in a large well ventilated rooms aren't exercising common sense and haven't even read the directions for their proper use. The OP, like most of the rest of the readers on here, aren't some big commercial grow operation. Anybody wetting down their buds with...

mites eating the leaves!!! help they're everywhere!!!

^^ Nonsense.^^ As long as your grow room is separated from your living space, hang a 'Hot Shots No Pest Strip' (google it) near your plant(s). These things kill every living thing in the room except the plant(s). They'll have to be in there for a week or two to kill off any new hatchlings and...
