... give it one good watering once u plant ur germed seed then back off it till the soil on top starts dryin out good then mist the top of the soil regularly to keep it moist, not too moist, not too dry, u'll get a feel for it. Anyway, hope that helped, good luck.

Rockwool can be tricky if ur not used to it. I honestly wouldn't even bother with the rockwool in ur situation. I'd just germ the seed(s) like u said, IN A WARM DARK PLACE, CHECK DAILY then plant them SO THE TAPROOT IS FACING DOWN in the CUP which should have some drainage holes out the bottom.

Keep in mind, when ur plants begin to flower, they will at least double and some will triple in size, so u may wanna reconsider ur veg time. Get ur lights and alll that hung and ready if u havent already, THEN figure out how much room u got left with pots and all. U don't wanna end up runnin out...

My personal idea is that u give a plant too much of anything and eventually it can lead to somethin bad happenning. I do know that too much ph up leaves behind tooo much salts that can lead to nute lockouts but as for the ph DOWN...no clue. Makes me kinda wonder if the acid base could somehow...

U'll have to check the lumen output on em...

The 6in inline duct booster fans the one I'm usin, the one they say is 250cfm but is really 160cfm from htg, but I also have another 'booster' fan as well helping pull air out of the hood. Right now the tops of my plants are 6in. away from the glass on the hood.
