hps ques

if i was going to buy a cheap hps bulb just for 1 plant what should i go with its in a closet with clothes too so heat is def an issue, or should i just stay with cfls? i need more room damn

They do get very hot and with clothes a definate fire hazzard,
either move the clothes or stick with cfl's.

Idk if u've seen em or maybe use em already, but as spike was sayin, hps's will get way too hotto be in there, but anyway, at home depot they got 300watt 2700k cfl's, they could be more managable heatwise and should put out quite a bit of lightfor a cfl. U'll have to check the lumen output on em or maybe someone else might know on here. I was thinkin about settin up a few around my closet for some side-lighting to accompany my hps.

Nah bro I would go with like a 250 watt hps and a fan that aint going to be too much heat as long as you have a fan to reduce temps.
