doesn't look to me like u burned em too bad. Just back off the nutes for a couple weeks then take it easy on em at first when u start again, 1/2 strength. Very good pacman! Harm-The ph of the water/nutes u give them is very important, too high or too low and it'll screw ya. No worries though, with a ph tester it shouldn't be a prob, and the lime works great for soil. Good luck!

Long as thy aren't blowin sideway like they're in a wind storm or somethin ur good. U want a nice little breeze on em to help fatten up the stem and keep the fresh air moving around em.

30in is way too far away for a 400. Manufacture's reccommend 12-15 in exactly like in the link gubble. Personally, I only do three or so plants at a time, so I stick em all 6in from the glass on my hood.

A 400w hps bulb puts out 55,000 lumens, so that meter wont work. If u've been using the bulb for a year now regularly, it's probly time to get a new one before the one u got takes a shit.

The yellowing of the fan leaves is totally normal durin flowring. The plant will shed them as it uses up all the available goodies from them. Are u still giving it any veg nutes with the bloom? U can give it somethin with N in it if ur overly concerned. U got a while left on the flowering part...
