    I think you could leech the soil with the tap water you have and it should raise the ph. Or you could always add dolomite directly to the soil. Dolomite lime, not hydrated lime

    So these are 2 different plants, both were receiving foliage pro at 1/4tsp and some magnesium sulfate at a quarter dose as well. I left them in someone's care for a few days and told the to bump the dosage up for half a tsp Fert and 1/4 mag sulfate. The plant in the 3&4th pic also had Apple...

    You do not, I repeat, DO NOT want the pot to be bone dry. That creates dry channels in the soil and the container won't hold the water well

    Don't worry about the light leak, it doesn't mean shit. Plants outside are exposed to streetlights, security lights, light from the moon etc. also from your pic I think I see a magnesium deficiency
