rockwool is very easy to germ in. very easy to sprout in. just keep it wet. either pre-germed or from seed. Never had a problem with this portion. lol. I like the fact I can keep the roots safe in the rw block. If you ever read the grodan website it is fascinatng stuff for plants. very nice.

yup those are them earl. Hardwater micro. Makes a huge diference. It phs the water down for you too. In rockwool I had to worry over ph. It was a constant battle. After the hardwater micro i do not worry anymore.
