Pretty much the best distance is the closest you can get it without burning your leaves, just depends on how hot your light gets

OK everyone Today is Day 47 since these plants were chopped down and put back under light to grow again.... So now last night was there first night of darkness so this is now day 1 of flowering...I am planning on letting them grow up now a few more inches and going to tuck them back under the...

Shit man i say go for it and scrog...if you do it right you will get a much bigger yield then if you let them go normally, plus i think its a cool way to grow and it makes it fun and interesting on how you can make a plant grow that kind of way bongsmiliebongsmiliebongsmilie

Ok so a little update on the plants....they are looking great and filling in the screen quite nicely now.....the one that went a whole week without water (middle one in last pictures) is now looking much better and its looking almost fully healed....I have pics but am too lazy/tired to put them...
