    Dry Ice Winterizing

That is why the flow column is not an optimal instrument for pre-cooled butane, it can not provide long-term contact of the material with a solvent.

Possible to safely make BHO at an apartment?

I remember that few times you called me a troll in response to my honest attempt to help you get rid of some misconceptions. And now again you repeat the same thing. How can I not take it as personal? Try to re-read my posts, maybe now they will make a different impression on you? It starts...

    Dry Ice Winterizing

Dark goop is the residual resin extracted from the ground and decarboxylated material remaining after the main two-hour extraction. For a more detailed explanation, try to start reading a little higher from the post#292, and even better from the first page.

    BHO Blasting Straight Into Winterizing?

While iso-butane boils, the temperature will tend to sink to the boiling point of iso-butane. Depending on the amount of gas and ethanol, and on the initial temperature of ethanol, the temperature may drop below the boiling point of n-butane, and n-butane does not boil until the solution...

    Dry Ice Winterizing

Lowering the temperature of a solvent slows the dissolution. At a temperature of -20C, it takes about two hours to wash ~90%. The temperature of dry ice is so low that more or less complete extraction would require a very long soak. It seems to me that it would create a significant disadvantage?

    BHO Blasting Straight Into Winterizing?

It will take much longer time and needs temperature control, n-butane will stop boiling when EtOH chilled under BP of n-butane by evaping of iso-butane.

    Ronson shatter?

Hmk was a fierce opponent of absolute. In the debate with me he claimed that cleaning with ethanol dramatically reduces the quality of the primary bho. I'm very happy if his point of view has changed.

Possible to safely make BHO at an apartment?

Thanks for the advice, although I use soaked in a thermos since 2010 and spent a lot of letters to promote this method. But the question raised concerned the vessel, which is poured butane to evaporate. For this purpose, a glass jar is not suitable. I use a thin-walled Pyrex kettle...

Possible to safely make BHO at an apartment?

No need to vac before winterization. Mason jar glass can not withstand thermal shock and be sure to crack. Use a vessel made of borosilicate pyrex for this.

Sorry, did not think about the need for simplicity. Mistakenly thought that you really want to learn something then. Immediately leave your incubator.
