Please read up more on coco, it should be very hard to overwater coco (especially with perlite added). As coco dries out it starts to release salts from within itself and this changes the EC of your medium and then your plants have to adjust how they suck up nutrients because roots operate on...
you have plenty of airflow so 400w or even 600w hps would not be a problem and since you have the airflow id consider a parabolic reflector. you can easily light up at 4x4 area for $200 on amazon. 100 for a ballast, 80 for the reflector and 20 for a bulb
I haven't touched these parts of the plants in weeks thats why I was wondering why it was happening. No splits here a few weeks ago, more recent pic is up above

Haha that's a great way of explaining it. I have a support ring for the higher branches but didn't think these would need a lift until flowering at least
I've noticed my stems here starting to split as it grows? I didn't notice this last week and its happening to all of them. Even left the 3/4 of a inch when I topped it because they said this would make it stronger. Is this normal or the start of something worse? First time training this way
this is exactly what I was thinking thank you! The next concern is UV degradation of the PVC, maybe prime/paint it but it should last a couple of years at least. I also like what you have at the bottom, the larger pipe for the hoops to slide into
Watering with cold water like 40 f does seem to shock the plant and increase terpene production as a self defense to the cold. It's not bro science its actual science of a plants immune system reacting to stimuli
I started 4 sour diesel from seed and theyve grown at very different rates. I just threw them in what pots I had on hand but the back two are in 3gal and theyre half the size of the front two which are in 5gal. Are they just more indica dominant and thats why theyre staying squat or is it the...
