it's nice to see more people moving to LED. did you have only the LEDs on from start? I use a 120w quad band LED but I had to add a 120 blue cfl to get the seedlings going.

i think it could be heat stress and poor ventilation. I'd try lifting the lights up a bit, open the door more often and see if it works
