To all newbies freaked out by this post, don't be. Realize my second point is an effect of the first. There are more growers in every community today and they're just multiplying,.. please become one of them. Feel free to spread the ganja. Google hydroponics store,.. I live in a fairly...

    Clones Wilting

also make sure the media is wet. Not damp but wet. Try this to see if the misting issue is the problem. Pick two plants that are alike in size and degree of wilt with the same amount of air flowing over them,.. and mist one with DI water and the other with whatever you use, same number of...

    Clones Wilting

Misting with an organic nute? Try filtered water two out of three times you mist. You're probably drawing moisture from the plant, cause you're exposing them to water with more electrolytes than they have within them. Osmosis.

    Subcool's Super Soil

Yeah,.. I can understand. You probably get tons of questions about various products. It seems mostly harmless,.. they recommend it for vegetables, and the fact that it's prehistoric dirt gives it some coolness appeal,.. for me anyway. I'll post if it does something out of the ordinary.

    Subcool's Super Soil

I'm about to mix up a batch of your SS subcool. I came across Rich Earth while looking locally for your ingredients. Have you ever tried it or heard of it? I figure a 2/3s of a cup of this stuff could replace the azomite, humic acid and half the epson salts in your recipe. It's got 70...

    Carbon Filters filtering out co2?

Thanks for the reps! If you introduce CO2 in the grow box you should be fine as long as it's relatively sealed. if you're going to use it, you should really use cooled lighting. Make it yourself if you don't want to spend the money. A diy cool tube reflector, duct fan and cheap CO2 method...

    Peyote Grow, in or outdoors?

"Siddhartha = Best boobs ever! Like, some are floppy, small, pointy, and weird looking, but seriously... yours are perfect!!!'" Thanks man,.. but as much as I like them,.. they aren't mine. Subcool,.. I'm going to have to do some reading at some of those links that are provided. I'd wager...

    Peyote Grow, in or outdoors?

I don't think so,.. It seems to me that having to wait 8 years to see the effects of a change wouldn't be conducive to breeding peyote.

    Subcool's Super Soil

Thanks for the response. I guess my theory about pH depression and mychorrizae activity isn't true. 20 years,.. wow, I'll appreciate the smoke even more when I get a chance to spark a bowl of it.

    Peyote Grow, in or outdoors?

HAHAH,.. I'm not far behind you in age,.. been growing for 20 years. That's what Northern Lights does to me. Thinking about three things at the same time doesn't make for coherent conversation. Did you guys see the size of that chicken! Too funny...

    Subcool's Super Soil

Subcool,.. thanks for being such an excellent teacher. I for one have learned a lot. I had a couple of questions if you don't mind. Do you think the lime may not actually take a lot of time to break down, but is actually combating the pH depression that the breakdown of the organics would...

    Peyote Grow, in or outdoors?

I can hardly wait 12 weeks. But i do love a good trip. Maybe if I had a little extra space I'd set it up. But don't you need a dozen caps to make a tea? That's a lot of area time and effort to devote to a fleeting moment. I'd really hate to put in 8 years and then find out I harvested too...
