yeah don't use miracle gro, has a bunch of shit you don't want in your plants.
not to mention it has a high PH and slow-release ferts so it's hard to balance your PH out and your plants will hate you for it :cry:
well from what I've read that's way too much power for little seedlings/newborns.. i think you're supposed to wait until 6" tall before powering up. I'd get some CFL's and be delicate as newbie plants are the most vulnerable and don't need much light.

I only put them in the aero when they have about an inch taproot popping out in the paper towels.
The root system seems fine for each node, i had to take one of the plants out because it wasn't advancing past the taproot stage
and because my grow tent will only have room for 3 3.5 gallon...
Im starting by growing to a decent height in the Aerogarden 7, then transplanting them into a clay-pebble netpot lid over 3.5 gallon buckets in a grow tent.. lit by 400 watt MH then HPS. I have the aerogarden reservoir bubbling to all hell with one long, square airstone then two little bubbler...
never said I was upset, I was just upset with the germ success rate and the overall genetics of the Moby Dick. That's my first time trying attitude, not impressed
Ordered some beans off attitude... took about 2 weeks to arrive, no big deal.
First time the seeds came confiscated, no big deal.
2nd time the package came opened and searched through but the beans were in there still.
4/5 of my Moby Dick wouldn't germ. Used normal germ process in between...
