ok so to start out, im growing with 4x 2' t5 6500k lights about 12-18 inches away from the top of my biggest baby, in a recycled coco I got from my friend who grows as well. tested run off at 300ppm and decent ph I cant remember, ran water through until ppm came out about 100 or so, germinated seed in paper towel than transferred to coco and gave straight RO water at 5-15 ppm until I saw the second set of leafs.

I started first feeding with calimag at 200ppm or so and then let it dry out a good while, recently got the rest of my nutes in the mail so mixed up a gallon of my RO water with: 1 drop super thrive, 1ml or so dyna gro foliage pro 9-3-6, a half ml or so of GH micro and a couple drops of GH bloom since these nutes lacked any sulfur (surprisingly out of about 20 bottles of nutrients, only one has any mentioned sulfur) ppm came out about 300.. phed to 6.4 because its going to be grown in dirt.

Average temp runs about 75-80f because of where I have to veg them to prepare for outside transplant. (also until today, ventilation has been poor, just hooked up a small vent to pull heat out today to see if it has any factor) im pretty sure the plant cant be suffering from too much nutrients, because ive hardly fed it shit to play safe...

I researched deficiencies and toxicities and the closest thing ive come up with is cal possibly mag deficiency...but ive been feeding mainly cal mag? the symptoms are yellowing (leafs aren't turning completely yellow) burnt looking tips as well as edges, mainly looks to be on older leafs (hard to tell since there is only few sets of leafs, new set of leafs just now has 7 fingers) the cotyledons are banana yellow, look ill, growth seems to have stunted.

Any input or ideas? any help is appreciated and if you read this far than your obviously a devoted grower! keep the motivation up cause us new growers couldn't make it without you! (working on pics now)

here's my schedule that I copied from an experienced grower, using Flora nutes.. i transferred this from my notebook irl so i hope this helps

WEEK / STAGE / Flora Gro (ML) / Flora Micro (ML) / Flora Bloom (ML) / PPM
1 ------ Veg ----- 2.5 ------------2.5 -------------- 2.5 ------------- 4~600
2 ------ Veg ----- 10 -------------5 -----------------3 -------------- 6~800
3 ------ Veg ----- 12 -------------6 -----------------3 ------------- 8~1000

1 ------ Flower ----6--------------6------------------10-------------8~1200
2 ------ Flower ----3--------------7------------------12-------------1000~1400
3 ------ Flower ----3--------------8------------------14-------------1000~1400
4 ------ Flower ----3--------------8------------------16-------------1000~1400
5 ------ Flower ----1.25----------3.5-----------------9--------------1000~1400 (<--- GOOD TIME TO ADD CALMAG/EXTRA NUTES)
6 ------ Flower ----0--------------7------------------20-------------1000~1400
7 ------ Flower ----0--------------6------------------20-------------1000~1000

Flush 10-14 days AFTER THIS CYCLE

hope that helps

thank you for your input and time.. are you sure that im over doing the cal mag? because my water is almost pure to start with at 5-15 ppm and with cal mag, nutes, and ph change, my ppm is only sitting at 300.. this is lower than the water that comes from my city.. come to think about it, the more I type and think about it, I feel im under doing the nutes a bit, expecially with the help of your chart! thanks a bunch man

When growing in coco it is important to feed EVERYTIME you water.Straight water tends to fuck.with the CEC of the coco.

Now the OP is more legible.

CEC? OP? do you mean ec? and when I water without nutes ill add calimagic and super thrive from now on. agreed that straight RO water messes with stuff.. plus its a bitch to get the ph accurate because the chem reactions in the ph adjusters rely on grabbing ahold of other molecules to work properly..

ok cool deal thanks, never heard of CEC but I knew about the coco holding cal and mag and potassium back to start with, didn't know the term though.. I upped the calimagic to fulfill the need for those positive ions and hopefully have some left for the plant to munch on too.. upped it from 300ppm to 400 something and threw in a little dose of my dyna gro foliar to make it reach 500 so that if it starts taking more cal and mag up it has the other nutrients ready for growth explosion (: thanks for the info ou8a! oh and also when I type my posts/replies it doesn't let me use enter to insert a paragraph break.. don't know why, but thanks for the edit
