It looks like the bulb was underrated.Like a200 instead 2000 watt.Bulbs don`t just get hot and explode.Power surge.I don`t know that one got so Fried.But it only takes one drop of water on a hot tube to make it go booooooom!Good Luck on your grow.

You can flower with fluorescent lights.The buds won`t be as tight but it can be done.

I`d would transplant to a soil that doesn`t have nutes in it .

Miracle grow has nutes already in it.Time released,so you can`t wash all of them out.But I would try rinsing the soil out a couple of times.It`s best not to fertilize seedlings..Good Luck

What kind of soil,and what is the PH?Pure water or are you using nutes?See alot of questions to be answered.Looks like nute burn to me but what do I know.
