That humidity is high..try to get it down or you may develop a mold problem!

If they are not flowering then why are you giving them tiger bloom? Just wondering... Give then another week or so and if they still show no signs of flowering then switch them to 12/12 the rest of the way through...I had to do this with recently with my Bubblelicious that refused to flower...
