I will be starting some purple jems, cream caramel and some smurfberry...all autos and may start a couple of photos (papaya and Bubba Kush) and veg them until the autos are done.
Here is my Bubblelicious auto which I had to force to flower by flipping to 12/12..she was germed on 11/30 and will finally be finished by weeks end. I kept her on 12/12 for the remainder of the grow and she is going to be an awesome yield!!
Actually a true auto will flower under any light schedule so if yours didn't flower under 18/6 it wouldn't have flowered under 20/4.
If my autos don't show sex by 30 days I flip to 12/12 and keep it there for the rest of the grow...if you flip back to 18/6 or 20/4 they will revert back to...
I think I am going to use osmocote on a couple of them and my Humboldt nutes for the other ones and see what the difference will be in care and yield.
Had no problems except for the Mg deficiency.
I am also looking into Jacks Classic nutes that someone gave me some info on and they sell it...
That would be true if I didn't constantly start new plants... still have 1 to harvest in about a week, another in about 3 weeks and have 4 autos in a separate cab that will be moved to the tent...Then I will start my Cream Caramel and Smurfberry autos!!! Mmmmm sounds delish!!!!
I also have a Bubblelicious from Nirvana that did not flower on her own....flipped her to 12/12 and kept her there and she will be done in a week or 2
I feel that sometimes breeders try to get a new strain out before it is truly ready causing unstable results....do some research before you...
Flip to 12/12 and keep them there for the remainder of the grow... had first hand experience with an auto that I had to force to flower and thought I could flip her back to 18/6....boy was I WRONG!!!!!
Since you had to force her to flower she was not a true stable AF....Keep her on 12/12 or she is apt to revert back to veg stat....,, it has happened to me!!!
Small pot, small plant... I grow my autos in a 1 gallon bucket and if height is an issue you can always LST them. Here is some pics of my Purple Jems....1 Lst'd and 1 not
I do not see a problem with height as I see some LST in the future but I do see a major problem with keeping water temps between 68-75 in such a small reservoir....
