If they are thrips you may see them on the underside of a leaf... need a loup to see the little bastards.... and yes neem oil works... give the plants a good spray following the directions.... they should almost look waxy... re innocualte your myco herd if you do that ....

The MH spectrum is not as strong as the UV b bulbs in the obvious UV B spectrum.... they do make a differnece and are very cost effective.... 26 watt light can be used to illuminate 4 to 5 plants...
Ductstats are the bomb.... get a heavy extension cord.... cut off the female end... use wires to connect to 3 wires on in line fan.... match the colours up... ie green to green... tape the connections or use marettes.... then secure this to the fan housing with some duct tape.... plug into...
