umm...hey guys. i have an indoor hydro set up. I just have a couple of questions. My reservoir is about 6 quarts and its filled up just around 3/4 of the way. My 3'' netpots get filled with water about 1/2 the way. Should my net pots be soaked in water 1/2 of the way?
