six bean plant harvest -soil & daylight t12
pepper plant -pretty much didn't start growing untill I raised the water temp

the nutrient solution is at 72-75F perfecto. and yes they are flowering. next time i'll do 25 pepperoncinis. looks like this would hold 16 to 25 dwarf plants quite well
update
Put in a water heater with a bubble system to move the water so the heater works. An air tube is a few inches from the bottom of the PVC which brings water from the bottom to the top
