what the OP is explaining is damaged leaves not dead ones. Dead leaves will come off w/ the light brush of a hand, live ones will not.

If they get really damages they will fall off when you brush them w/ your hand......I dont remove leaves anymore, if they fall off thats fine but I dont trim at all now.

I grow perpetual.....if space is an issue in your vegging area you dont need to keep Mother plants. Just take cuttings 2 weeks before you throw them into flowering. If I can help/answer any questions Id be happy to, just ask and good luck w/ your grow.

Yes it will grow. However if you added more light it would grow faster and and yield more. Trust me if you can make it happen, more light is almost always better.
