I am about 75% sure I have a hermie plant, as I can see the bud but I can also start to see little pods forming. I am sure these could be male flowers but was unsure weather to pick them, if plant is hermie do you think it's best I take the balls of with some tweezers or wait it out?

All my other plants had problems, either male or where slow growers I kept the best one and the nicest smelling. It's size is a real keeper, shame if it was hermie but thing is now I am real pissed as it's my only plant for smoke? Is hermie still good if I was to pull balls of with a tweezer?
