It might be the pure concentration that killed those plants. I've heard using Urine, you'd want to go about 1/10 ratio of urine to water. You guys dumping liters in the same area probably had the same effect as over fertilizing an area, which any off-the-shelf nute will do if you use too much...

I'd start as soon as I could without ripping the root out of the soil. The sooner the better.

One thing a newer grower can do to keep their plants bushy is...... PUT THE DAMN SCISSORS DOWN!!!! Seems like every thread where someone is having problems has taken a pair of scissors and gone wild. Put them down, and let the plant do it's thing.

I did this as well to have my lights on at night instead of day to keep the temps down. I just gave them an extra dark period and did it all in one shot. I contemplated adjusting incrementally, but that would just take too long, and thsoe damn timers are already backwards anyway.
