For sure :). Feel free to drop by my thread or send me a message any time. Currently I'm growing one Easy Ryder in my PC case and I'll be starting up between one and five plants (haven't decided yet) in a closet grow tent as soon as I'm back from visiting my girlfriend and her fam.
Here's my...
Well, the yield might not be great but as long as nothing goes terribly wrong between now and harvest you'll still have some high quality bud! :)
The "Edit Signature" link can be found on the left-hand column when you click "My Rollitup" in the top right corner.
You have a healthy-looking plant there, no matter the size! It looks to me like it will start stretching quite a bit within the next week or so -- the good news is it'll stay nice and bushy. The bad news is it won't get huge, but you'll definitely have more than just a single-cola plant (which I...
It seems to be working just fine. Some of the inner leaves are starting to get some pretty nice trichome development, so I decided to cut off as much as I could without removing resinous portions. Leaf tips are long and produce lots of shade. Cutting off the tips sort of "halts" outward growth...
Cool man, sounds like you're on the right track. It's hard to say how much bigger your plant will get... Do you have any pictures? The two most significant factors effecting plant size are phenotype and container size. A small phenotype kept in something like a party cup for the entirety of a...
Be on the lookout for free samples! A lot of local hydro shops will offer samples (quart or half-quart bottles) of various nute lines they're trying to promote if you say you'd like to try a side-by-side. Cutting Edge Solutions (CES) will also offer their entire line of nutes in quart bottles...
I usually switch to flowering lights (2-4000K) two to four days after pistils start showing up. You can switch to transitional/flowering nutes as soon as you want after pre-flowering. Keep your lights on the same timing regimen throughout the entire grow (18/6 or 20/4 are recommended).
Thanks, BR! I'd be willing to offer up a conservative estimate of two zips as a maximum yield out of my case. I plan on experimenting and pushing every limit I can until I get it really dialed in, so within the next year or so we should have a pretty good idea of what to expect. I'm always on...
Way to go greenpower000! This little operation of yours is really starting to look sharp :). Next step: Panda Film! You'll really notice the difference, especially in cahoots with your new lights to be.
The first one yielded 36g on day 71 from seed. I made some choices that forced me to harvest a week or two early though, so I think given that extra time to fatten up it could have been really great. We'll see how this one goes! I plan on letting her finish completely this time. (Going for 30%...
Hey PUKKA BUD, thanks! I'm looking forward to getting home and seeing what kind of progress she has made.
I expect to harvest between Saturday, January 29 (9 weeks from seed) and Saturday, February 19 (12 weeks from seed). I'd be able to offer a slightly more accurate estimate if I was sure of...
Looking forward to it, man! This grow turned out really nicely.
A couple pages ago you were talking about revegging/cloning. Have you heard about taking flowering clones? Check out this link: http://forum.grasscity.com/advanced-growing-techniques/48941-what-flowering-clone.html . Once you find...
Harsh, man! My last order was just under $100 for ten seeds plus three freebies (so thirteen total) and a shirt. Mind if I ask what seedbank you ordered from this time (customs letter order)?
It's been a while! Any news?
Yeah, man! After reading all about it on that thread I couldn't resist giving it a try. I enjoy staying actively involved in my grows (as opposed to just letting the plants do their thing); defoliation gives me the perfect excuse!
Sounds like you're on the right track, garageflower! I'll be...
It's pretty safe to assume that a plant will roughly double in size during the flowering stretch with a bit more growth after that. Some autos just stay really really small. A four to six inch tall auto wouldn't be unheard of.
K33ftr33z over at icmag wrote a long post on Defoliation in May of last year. He puts the "defoliator's" position on this topic best: "[Three] decades of experience with this technique reveal that bud growth benefits more from light exposure than whether the corresponding fan leaf is present."...
It still looks like you have a ways to go, but those buds are going to be nice :). Just keep her going until she ripens up as you say. I wouldn't be surprised if it takes another month. Pay more attention to trichome color than pistil color, though both should be evaluated before you harvest...
Just checking in quickly to look at those pictures you posted the other day -- they're looking great! She is turning into quite the bush.
Also, a few words regarding water: Chlorine isn't so important to worry about in the concentrations found in municipal water, but it is still good to let tap...
