hereshegrows has that shit on lock...i trim them to reduce transpiration as mention and mist 2 times a day initially until roots develop. That said..that was some pretty serious drooping.
Good answers already...as far as transplanting...you just gotta be gentle with em. If it's overgrown the container... time to move it. As far as getting reviving the seedling...start with the most obvious variables and check off each one until it comes back...I've seen plants come back after 4...
Did you mist them daily ??? I know some strains won't clone...but I would just screw with the variables if you really want a fair chance. You can try different brands of hormone, different concentrations, also...you can try splitting the bottom 1/2 " of the stem in half while cloning as well.
Obviously you already know how to clone...did you starve the mother of nitrogen and take cuttings from the bottom? What hormone are you using if any and how do you clone?
I know a guy who knows a guy who has seen this 'phenomenon'...keep it in veg and it should show sex eventually. You can also put a light proof bag over a branch for 12 hours a day to determine sex.
many great methods...I usually label the pot using a piece of paper cut to fit and scotch tape over it so it wont fade or run...nice and easy. You can also tag a branch so its a lil easier to read if you're sea of greening those bitches. Just use the same method by writing the label on a small...
I always flush(water only) for a week and take cuttings from lower 1/3rd of plant. Depending on how long you veg, you can get them to grow at the same rate as other cuttings but will take more time to get there as mentioned.
