Yes very much true with most of their gear, AP13BX is different though. It isnt a hybrid like the other gear, BX stands for backcross. I just ran 3 different TGA strains. Plushberry and Querkle were all over the map pheno wise. Apollo was pretty much uniform as a BX should be.
