You want to wait 2.5-3 weeks on average before flowering. Different strains reach different heights so don't go by the height to determine when to flower. Cut out the nutes now and only give them blackstrap molasses. The smoke will be less harsh and the molasses will fatten the buds.

420, your plant won't last long in that clear colored jar. Not good for roots to be exposed to light.
