For a setup like that I would pump your water from a second reservoir and have it drain out... pump cause heat & raise your water temps which is a huge issues in DWC. Temps should be kept below 70 F

You are using a chest freezer, I do not think you can turn it into a refrigerator just by turning down that knob. That being said....
I have made a chest freezer into a kegerator... a simple plug & play thermometer that plugs into the wall before the outlet of the chest freezer could maintain...
I don't feed them nutrients until 3 weeks old! Get some plain tap water on those babies & remove the nutrients... You do not want to exceed 250 PPM for about 2 weeks until they get well & rooted... they should recover but I would dump your nutes & use tap water

My buddy that has grown it a bunch says 2 weeks, I started flushing yesterday R/O adjusted to 5.8 70 days of flower puts it at the end of this month beginning of next.
