I've used tons of rapid rooters for clones but germinated seeds never did super well in them. I think root has a hard time with it.
Drop them into soil and let them thrive.
Interesting technique stoli uses to make their elite vodka involves freeze distillation process. Neat technology and some damn fine sip. If caught using this in a mixer you will loose the right to drink vodka.
Stupid logic. We will end up being the third world if we allow this to happen. We can't fix the worlds problems, our own problems are getting worse. Let 60k in and while we're bitching and acting like dumasses the cartels are having a much easier time running drugs. Meanwhile more kids will...
I'm no longer a fan of using neonicatiods outdoors. True that with large agriculture dousing fields with imidacloprid and the like we as pot growers won't have much effect on colony collapse disorder, this doesn't mean we should become part of the problem.
All those who say we should let these children stay in the United States should just volunteer to adopt one or three. If these children stay they're going to need adult caregivers whilst taxing our educational and healthcare systems.

One might use some 2x2 to "furr" out the bottom of the joists and bulkhead the ductwork. Then one can...
Paper on those bats is however treated to greatly reduce flammability. Borax I believe.
Tyvek is a little, stressing little, better suited to this use than is kraft paper. Spunbonded olefin melts away from a localized ignition source and ignites at over 750f, again better than kraft paper...
One should seriously consider the use of a less flammable material.
Drywall is the preferred material as it provides a barrier against fire.
Poly or tyvek would be infinitely preferable over kraft paper. Don't want to burn down his home.

20 amp breaker = 12 gauge wire
Installing a 20 amp breaker on a circuit with 14 gauge wire will result in a definite fire hazard.
