You should have left it in the solo cup.......it wasn't near ready for transplant. It's way behind in growth and to complicate things, it's going to be difficult maintaining the proper moisture level with a plant that size in such a large pot. Good luck.

If that's 21 days old you have a problem. Not sure if it's your light or the medium, or lack of oxygen to the roots. You're not even close to transplanting yet. Also, cover that cup with tape or place it in another cup where light can't get to the roots. Wait until the plant is this size before...

What size container is your plant in now? How old is the plant? What is your medium? Average veg time for me is 3-4 weeks.

Why are you flushing? Are you using plain water when you flush? Never use plain water. Flushing shouldn't be necessary if you feed daily to substantial run off.......it prevents salt build up. I have never flushed.........and I've been in coco for decades.

I assume they're in a wet paper towel? Probably drowned.

Transplanting is simple.......and done properly there's no slow down in growth. Good luck.

15 days from sprout and fed daily to run off.......

I start feeding daily to substantial run off around day 3 from sprout........I never let it dry back and never have a problem with roots expanding.

Never use plain water. If you have a need to flush, use a weak nutrient solution.

All those guys are giving you great advice on how to properly grow in coco.......listen to them.

3 months vegging......wow. I veg for 3 - 4 weeks, lol.

I never check trichomes.
