I started with 100% coco in the solo cups. I usually do a 50/50 coco/perlite mix in the solo cups but I got anxious and started them before I got my perlite. That could be the reason they're a little smaller than my usual one week old sprouts........could also be the...
If it's just coco and perlite in the solo cup you can start feeding nutes to run off around day 3 from sprout for the first couple of weeks.
Mixing coco with soil isn't a good idea either........they have different pH and feeding requirements. Soil needs to go through a wet/dry cycle and coco...
My advice is to ditch the Gaia, worm castings, etc. and feed chemical nutes starting around day 3 from sprout.
I've yet to see a successful grow using that stuff in coco.

Coco works best as a drain to waste hydroponic medium........no organics and no soil additives.
Feed daily to substantial run off.
Do not let coco dry out, and never give plain water.
